We’re looking for a Russian-speaking Marketing Specialist with experience in gambling or iGaming industries, skilled in complex, niche environments where standard mass channels are limited. This role requires someone who can identify and implement new traffic sources for our platform, attracting leads among poker players, both professionals and amateurs.

✔️ Salary:
Up to €2000 fixed during probation, with further discussions based on results.

Remote (candidates from any country considered).

Our partner is an information portal dedicated to poker, featuring poker news, strategy articles, tournament reviews, interviews with pro players, and tips for beginners. The site also provides insights into poker rooms and online tournaments, while offering a space for discussions on trending topics. 

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and test new traffic sources to generate leads.
• Analyze target audience and market trends.
• Select and implement promotional tools and advertising channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in traffic acquisition and launching ad campaigns.
• Preferred background in the gambling or iGaming industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving approach for sourcing leads outside of standard channels.
• Ability to work with various traffic types and decide on lead generation strategies independently.
• Proficient in or a native speaker of Russian.
