Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and exceptional user experience of our websites and web pages. The successful candidate will work closely with designers, content managers, and developers to test and refine ongoing projects. We are looking for someone with strong quality assurance and quality control experience, keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

What You Will Do:

• Planning and Test Preparation: Plan and prepare testing activities. Analyze business requirements and technical implementation details to develop test plans and scenarios for web pages. Prepare and update documentation for test scenarios.
• Testing: Perform manual testing of web pages for usability, adherence to design mockups, compliance with technical specifications, SEO requirements, etc. Check content for inconsistencies, errors and common sense. Conduct integration testing of new features, widgets, etc. Document bug reproduction steps and track issues in Jira. Monitor repeated iterations of testing cycles.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with designers and web developers to clarify requirements and assist in solution implementations. Participate in daily status meetings to provide updates on current tasks.
• Quality Control: Perform retesting to confirm bug fixes. Ensure that developed solutions meet established requirements and guidelines. Contribute to improving QA/QC processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare test reports with results, error descriptions, and applicable metrics. Maintain a registry of websites and pages (platform, status, versions of widgets and scripts, etc.).

What We Are Looking For:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a manual testing specialist or in a similar software QA role.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience testing across various platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, browsers). Familiarity with Jira.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, patience and meticulousness in solving complex tasks. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proactivity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements and deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• QA certifications.
• Knowledge of testing automation tools.
• Experience in performance and/or security testing.
• Basic knowledge of database queries, APIs, and version control systems.
• Experience working in the real estate industry.
