We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist/People Partner to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks while also serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, exceptional organisational capabilities, and the ability to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Work:
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established guidelines.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including processing employee data changes.
- Oversee alternative employment forms and ensure compliance with labor legislation in the relevant country.
- Facilitate employee relocation when necessary and collaborate with finance and legal departments to optimize strategies and processes for working with vendors and contractors.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a diverse workforce.
Employee Relations:
- Monitor team dynamics and proactively identify potential issues, contributing to their resolution at the departmental level.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience (no less than 2 years) HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on administrative tasks and people partner work.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Fluency in Russian (C1 or above) and proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
