Position Overview: As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best IT professionals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct screening and HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.
- HR projects: Opportunity to participate in various HR projects and grow as a specialist,
engaging challenges.
General requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
- Desire to work with employee relations and other HR fields is preferable.
- Experience in an outsourcing or staffing environment.
- English skills B2/C.
- Experience in the EU market, good to have in the Asia market as well.
Hard Skills:
- Deep understanding of various IT roles (backend developers, system architects, DevOps, Support Engineers etc.), and relevant technology stack.
- Experience in successfully closing Program/Project/Product Manager roles as well as Senior Software Engineer positions.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, etc.
- Strong ability to conduct technical and behavioral interviews, utilizing various methods.
- Proficiency in maintaining and managing candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
Soft Skills:
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate job roles and company culture effectively.
- Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and developing solutions that benefit both the company and candidates.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and offer packages.
