Project Manager

Job Description:
SenseAsia, a premium tea company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute key projects within our organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in project management and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee projects to ensure timely and successful completion in alignment with company objectives.
• Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure all milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Prepare reports and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop strategies to minimize risks and address potential roadblocks during project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
