• Keeping our ATS in tip-top shape—accurate, organized, and up to date
• Gaining hands-on experience in recruitment processes and leveling up into a full-cycle recruiter

What makes you a great fit:

• 1+ years of sourcing experience under your belt
• Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search
• Data? Large volumes of info? You thrive on it
• A solid B2 or higher English level
• You’re hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact

Will be a plus:

• Experience hiring for non-IT roles
• Familiarity with product teams and their unique dynamics
• Memes as your second language
