Product Designer

What you will do:
- Develop and refine cutting-edge concepts by crafting comprehensive end-to-end user flows that serve diverse, large-scale audiences on the Philippines market.
- Design fresh experiences and layouts that advance existing visual systems and establish new design standards.
- Create new fintech products for customers partnering with Product Managers and engineers from an idea to production
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to articulate and align strategic decisions for the future direction of our products.
- Actively provide and solicit feedback within the broader product team to uphold and elevate design quality standards.
- Closely work with UX writer on daily bases to create the best fintech app on the market
- Consider feedback from customers to improve the flow of your product with detailed analytics from Product Managers

What you should have:
- Demonstrated expertise in creating intuitive user experiences for mobile apps (fintech apps would be a benefit).
- Proven success in designing user interfaces that balance functionality with visual appeal for at least 3 years.
- Experience in editing/creating mobile UI-Kit for both Android and iOS devices
- Mastery of design, prototyping, and wireframing tools, particularly Figma, and the ability to leverage them effectively throughout the design process.
- Strong ability to approach challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- English level which allows you to daily communicate with English-speaking team
