Sharp dev specialists can operate independently or as extra muscle for client’s existing development team.
We make projects with different technologies - React Native, React, Angular, Node js, .Net Core, .NET Server Side, Razor, AWS, Azure, etc.

Now we’re looking for a strong presale manager to boost our Sales team. You’ll be in charge of communicating with prospective clients and close deals into contracts (Upwork).
What to do:
- Active search and attraction of potential clients.
- Reach out to target leads with Upwork.
- Creating bidds and offers for potential clients.
- Sales and pre-sales activities. You have to win contracts and close deals.
- Negotiating with current and potential clients.
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs (project evaluation, requirements negotiation with the customer)
- Analysis of sales trends and market dynamics.
Requirements
- Writing english level - B2-C1 is a must!
- Successful experience in sales for IT businesses - project management, outsource projects, outsaff services - 1+ year a must!
- Experince with Upwork - 1+ year a must! Knowledge of algorithms and specific conditions dealing on Upwork.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Drive, etc.
- Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;
- Sales proactive approach, sales skills and tecnics to close the deal, based on previous experience.
- Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented.
- Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated person.
- Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
