About the Company:
A leading provider of liquidity solutions in the financial services sector, specializing in FX, crypto, and other asset classes. The company offers innovative solutions for institutional clients, focusing on margin liquidity, advanced trading platforms, and deep market insights.
Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and acquire new institutional clients, particularly in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Close high-value deals with institutional clients, ensuring rapid onboarding and quick revenue generation.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Utilize advanced sales techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Research and target potential clients, focusing on those able to demonstrate volume.
- Effectively convert cold leads into long-term, profitable relationships.
Industry Networking and Representation:
- Represent the company at global industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Build and nurture a strong professional network with key industry decision-makers.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
Introducing Brokers (IBs) Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit high-performing Introducing Brokers.
- Develop incentive programs and support to attract top-tier IBs.
- Expand the IB network to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the financial services industry.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team to refine strategies and offerings.
- Identify new market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities, prospect progress, and deal performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, particularly in selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
- Proven track record in closing large-scale deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.
- Deep knowledge of FX liquidity provision, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of FIX API, STP Liquidity providers, and the trade execution flow.
- Familiarity with crypto and digital asset liquidity solutions.
