QA lead ( Igaming)

We - Betting Software - are a supplier of ready-made software solutions for clients and partners in the iGaming industry. Our company specializes in the development and maintenance of web applications for betting and gambling, design, as well as integration of systems and games.

We are proud of our product! We have a professional team, which growing and developing quickly and now we need а we need a QA leader in the testing department

Tasks:

• Planning and organizing the testing process.
• Working with team developing and improving working process (especially quality)
• Introduction of new technologies/methodologies/practices in the police
• Predicting serious risks and preventing them

Оportunity to build a department from scratch and gain the necessary experience in a promising team

We need:

• A leader with 1-2 years of experience in leading a team (from 3 people) and a total of 3-5 years of experience in testing;
• Responsible mentor, attentive to details,
• Able to justify and convey his point of view;
• Able to build a department strategy and minimize risks;
• Having experience in WEB development and understanding the basics of testing;

Technology stack

• git, docker/docker-compose, nginx/haproxy, PostgreSQL, Redis, CouchDB, RabbitMQ, k8s, kubeadm;
• Мониторинг/логи: prometheus/grafana/Alertmanager, ELK, Sentry;
• CI/CD: Gitlab CI + Ansible, Pulumi;
• Языки разработки: backend: Python3 (FastAPI, tornado, aiohttp), frontend: JS (React);

Conditions:

- Remote work 5/2

- Flexible schedule: from 10 to 14 Moscow time (mandatory working hours, the remaining 4 hours at a convenient time);

- Salary payment 2 times a month in USDT Payment

- English language;
