What You'll Do:

Your role will be to strengthen the culture and internal communication across the group, fostering collaboration and helping teams achieve more together. As we grow quickly, we need an internal communications system that evolves with us—dynamic, aligned with our vibe, and reflective of our values.

It’s a Big Plus If You:

• Are comfortable navigating uncertainty—things change fast in our young, startup-driven market.
• Have experience in internal communications, writing, speaking, or visual storytelling.
• Understand project management, including writing briefs, creating timelines, maintaining backlogs, and sending follow-ups.
• Have worked in DevRel, marketing, or PR.
• Speak English at a C1 level or higher.
• Are interested in crypto and the Web3 world.
