Job Overview:

Metropolitan Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves developing high-quality visual content for digital banners, presentations, brochures, and catalogues while ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential to ensure timely and effective delivery of design projects.

What You Will Do:

• Graphic Design: Develop visually appealing designs for digital banners, presentations, brochures, and catalogues. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Figma, InDesign, and Photoshop to create high-quality visual content.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
• Deadline Management: Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Language Skills: Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members in English; additional proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Continuous Improvement: Display a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and proactively enhance design skills.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work with digital banners, presentations, brochures, and catalogues.
• Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
