We are looking for a Project Manager to work on our projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in an IT outsourcing company as a project manager
- Experience with foreign clients
- Spoken and written English of at least C1 level
- Communication skills, self-organization and responsibility
- Willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment (e.g. switching between tasks when managing multiple clients at a time)
- General understanding of software architecture
- Proactivity, ability to foresee the situation and anticipate risks
Responsibilities:
- Communication with your clients and their teams.
- Designing, reviewing, and approving project documentation (specs, roadmaps, estimations, etc).
- Managing and developing distributed teams - planning and implementing synchronization routines, establishing effective internal communications.
- Issuing tasks for analysts, developers, and testers
- Task and workload management.
- Team performance evaluation.
- Tracking the overall status of your projects, including financial aspects
- Weekly reports to the company management on each project under your control
