We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing AI products to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant offline shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.
JEDai is a global player that collaborates with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Walmart, Nestlé, Pepsi, Coca-Cola Andina, Heineken, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide in more than 25 countries.
We are currently opening a position for CTO.
Who we are waiting for:
- We expect that you have experience in Big Tech as a Head of Development with a python stack, with a team of at least 40 people subordinated, for at least 3 years.
- Or, you have experience as a CTO in a small product IT company, where you, together with the business, overcame the startup stage and managed the ML team, back-end development with a python stack, and mobile development for at least 4 years.
- If you have experience in building development processes and cross-functional processes.
- If you have worked with a python stack, ML (pytorch), have experience in modern operation of Kuber and databases (Postgres or Mongo or Clickhouse).
- If you have experience in developing and implementing technical strategies of the company, as well as in participating in the development of the system architecture.
- If you have experience in evaluating and developing a team (performance review, conducting 1x1, decomposing tasks, etc.).
- If you know how to delegate and distribute tasks in a team.
- If you can inspire and fire up the team.
- You have fluent English.
- Experience in an international IT company will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Defining the technology development strategy.
- Defining the technology stack.
- Ensuring the development and release of a product that meets market and business expectations.
- Organizing the transfer of the product for sale.
- Defining approaches to the development, research and launch of new products.
- Ensuring that the infrastructure meets the company's goals and product development.
- Responsible for developing key technical specialists and level 2 and 3 managers.
- Managing the block budget.
- Implementing methods and approaches to optimize development costs and achieve maximum results.
