We are looking for a proactive, experienced HR Manager to join our team. As we scale, we need a strong leader to collaborate with company leadership, manage HR and recruitment processes, and foster a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with our current HR Manager, providing support and expertise as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Management:
- Collaborate with company leadership to set and achieve growth goals for HR and recruitment. Provide strategic suggestions and leadership.
- Manage HR and recruitment team, ensuring alignment with division priorities. Proactively solve issues and remove blockers.
- Oversee all HR and recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Continuously improve team management processes, including goal-setting, planning, coordination, and monitoring.
- Prepare and deliver goal and KPI reports for the company leadership.
HR:
- Company Brand: Lead initiatives to promote the company brand among employees and candidates. Foster a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the company’s mission and culture.
- Employee Growth: Enhance the processes for performance evaluation and training. Ensure every employee knows their career growth opportunities and is supported by management in their personal development.
- Compensation: Assist in designing fair and competitive salary and bonus structures that engage employees.
- Events & Connection: Develop and execute a strategy for company events that foster strong connections and improve job satisfaction.
- Employee Support: Implement regular check-ins with employees to identify and resolve issues early. Act as the main contact for escalated employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Recruitment:
- Continuously refine hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Build and maintain candidate databases to support talent pipeline planning and long-term recruitment strategies.
Consultation & Support:
- Provide guidance on employee career paths and compensation systems.
- Assist in developing employee engagement programs that strengthen team connections and promote the brand.
- Offer consultations and best-practice advice to the HR Manager and CEO as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+years of experience in IT HR management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with creating and managing employee development programs, compensation structures, and event strategies.
- Experience in recruitment and talent pipeline management.
