Support Specialist for Blockchain Project (Junior/Middle)

Work Format: Remote (shift-based schedule with rotating days off)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle user inquiries via Intercom and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for users.
• Work on the first line of support with potential growth to the second line.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone of voice in all communications.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to users.
• Potentially assist with blockchain parsing tools as needed.

About You

• 1+ year in application support, web services, or gaming support.
• Familiarity with Intercom (experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus).
• Prior experience in the crypto industry is a strong advantage.
• English proficiency at C1 level; Russian knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and stress management skills.
• Knowledge of blockchain concepts or tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the support team.
