🌌 EVEDEX is building a unique hybrid exchange that combines the principles of Web3 with secure and intuitive functionality for users. We’re looking for a flexible and driven professional who knows the Web3 space and is ready to use their expertise to create something truly impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle user inquiries via Intercom and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for users.
- Work on the first line of support with potential growth to the second line.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a consistent and professional tone of voice in all communications.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to users.
- Potentially assist with blockchain parsing tools as needed.
About You
- 1+ year in application support, web services, or gaming support.
- Familiarity with Intercom (experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus).
- Prior experience in the crypto industry is a strong advantage.
- English proficiency at C1 level; Russian knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Knowledge of blockchain concepts or tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the support team.
