We are looking for a CRM Tech Manager who will take ownership of optimizing and automating business processes across marketing, sales, and customer support within HubSpot. This role combines project management, business analysis, and hands-on implementation to design and execute scalable CRM solutions. You’ll lead integrations, build automations, and create analytics that drive decision-making and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and Analyze Requirements
a. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, support) to identify pain points and business needs.
b. Develop actionable plans based on HubSpot’s capabilities and best practices.
HubSpot Setup and Optimization
a. Build and enhance automation in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Customer Service modules.
b. Refine existing workflows to maximize efficiency and impact.
c. Set up and manage sales pipelines, marketing workflows, notifications, and customer support processes.
Integrations
a. Connect HubSpot with external systems, such as:
i. Backend platforms.
ii. BI and analytics tools.
iii. Call systems, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
b. Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems via API.
Analytics and Dashboards
a. Create actionable dashboards within HubSpot to provide insights into clients, sales, and marketing metrics.
b. Ensure all dashboards are intuitive and valuable for stakeholders.
Documentation and Training
a. Develop comprehensive documentation for workflows and automations, including scripts and step-by-step guides.
b. Train internal teams (sales, support, marketing) on how to use created tools and processes effectively.
Process Optimization
a. Continuously improve workflows and processes using best practices and innovative approaches.
b. Proactively identify areas for optimization and propose solutions.
Required Skills
Hard Skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Customer Service.
- Expertise in setting up automations and integrating external systems through API.
- Proven ability to create actionable dashboards and analyze business data.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation.
- Ability to document workflows and train teams effectively.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in English at a B2 level or above.
