We are now seeking a powerful and inspiring Chief Creative Officer (CCO) to integrate strategic and creative approaches into performance marketing, set trends in the industry, and lead a team of true creative ninjas.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Creative Leadership and Strategy
- • Define the long-term creative strategy aimed at producing high-performance content.
- • Manage the development of creative solutions based on deep insights into user behavior, analytics, and market dynamics.
- • Implement modern approaches to content creation focused on specific metrics: CTR, CPA, LTV, and other key KPIs.
2. Managing a Team of Creative Professionals
- • Lead a team of creative producers, designers, and content creators, motivating them to achieve new heights.
- • Foster a culture of trend awareness, perfectionism in details, and result-oriented creativity.
- • Attract top talent, ensure their professional growth, and create synergy between creative and performance marketing teams.
3. Performance-Oriented Client Interaction
- • Collaborate with key clients, identifying their goals and creating solutions to drive ROI growth.
- • Negotiate and present creative concepts with a focus on expected performance outcomes.
- • Build long-term partnerships, acting as a strategic advisor to clients across various verticals.
4. Innovation and Creative Scaling
- • Stay at the forefront of trends by keeping up with changes in digital and social media as well as user behavior.
- • Leverage AI and automated approaches to scale creative production and improve efficiency.
- • Test new formats and visual techniques, ensuring consistent updates and freshness in creative outputs.
5. Quality Control and Optimization
- • Ensure all creative materials meet high standards of quality, trend awareness, and brand guidelines.
- • Collaborate with analysts to track key performance metrics and optimize creative processes based on data-driven insights.
Who We’re Looking For:
- • Creative Industry Professional: 4+ years of experience working in agencies, performance marketing teams, or UGC content production companies.
- • Expert in Digital Platforms: Understanding of the nuances of various verticals, from e-commerce to gaming and SaaS.
- • Strategic Leader: Ability to combine creative ideas with a strong focus on performance metrics.
- • Inspiring Mentor: Experience leading creative teams and fostering an environment for professional growth.
- • Client-Focused: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
