Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines to move and process large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including financial transaction and AML-related datasets.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Use SQL to query and analyze AML and fraud detection data, supporting investigative teams in identifying suspicious patterns.
• Automate tasks like data cleaning and checking data quality.
• Support the setup and management of cloud infrastructure (mostly AWS).
• Work with the team to fix data-related issues when they come up.
• Collaborate with data scientists to make sure they have clean, reliable data to build models.
• Learn and apply best practices in data engineering.

Your Profile:

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Eagerness to learn more about cloud platforms (AWS experience is a plus, but not necessary).
• A passion for solving problems and attention to detail.
• Proactive with the ability to work independently when needed.

Bonus

• Some experience with cloud services (AWS or similar).
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
• Any exposure to machine learning or AI projects
