SMM Manager
remote (outside Russia, Ukraine and Belarus)
As the SMM Manager you will oversee the entire social media content lifecycle, from strategic content planning to the creation of both short and long-form content that communicates the value of our product, educates audiences, builds brand awareness, and drives engagement within the web3 ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), exceptional English writing skills, a good grasp of social media platforms, strategic planning abilities, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a social media content plan that positions us as a market leader. Align content strategies with company goals and target audience needs.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce compelling social media content that effectively communicates complex information. Utilize storytelling techniques to create content that is both informative and captivating.
Market Analysis & Adaptation: Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market narratives. Continually analyze metrics to identify growth strategies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a SMM Manager/Content Manager role at a tech startup in the DeFi industry, supported by a portfolio showcasing accomplishments
Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Twitter, and proven experience in creating high-quality tweets, reels, explainer threads, and memes.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content.
Strong storytelling skills with a strong command of English grammar.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
