Your responsibilities:
— Support users across multiple platforms with clear and timely communication
— Report technical issues via Jira and follow up with users on resolutions
— Identify recurring problems and suggest workflow improvements
— Share insights and ideas to enhance the support process
What we expect:
— English (C1)
— Previous experience in tech, Web3, SaaS, or B2B support
— A user-first mindset with real problem-solving skills
— PC and stable internet for remote work
— Ability to work 12-hour shifts
