Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior), full-time, remote

TurboPush is a digital loyalty and customer engagement platform designed for small and medium-sized HoReCa businesses. We help cafes, restaurants, salons, and local stores retain customers and drive repeat sales with personalized rewards, offers, and push notifications.

🔸TurboPush is already gaining traction in international markets and is now actively building its affiliate channel to scale.

About the role:
🔸As an Affiliate Manager, you will launch and manage our affiliate program from scratch. You’ll be responsible for finding new partners, supporting them, and turning affiliate marketing into one of our main acquisition channels.

Responsibilities:
🔸Develop and manage the affiliate program end-to-end
🔸Recruit and onboard new affiliates (e.g., creators, small agencies, platforms)
🔸Maintain regular communication with partners and provide marketing support
🔸Track and optimize affiliate performance based on key metrics
🔸Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and offers

Expectations:
🔸2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
🔸Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔸Ability to work independently and take ownership
🔸Experience in SaaS or with small businesses is a plus
🔸Understanding of the HoReCa industry is a bonus
🔸English – C1
