responsibilities

design and optimize prompts for diverse outputs: text, images, summaries, dialogue, and personalized recommendations

write python scripts and pipelines to automate experiments, log results, perform post-processing, and analyze outputs

collaborate on the design of user flows and interfaces powered by language models

run evaluations, compare models, and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

contribute to scalable personalization strategies and adaptive generation systems

requirements

hands-on experience with llms and frameworks such as openai, anthropic, or huggingface

strong python skills and the ability to build production-ready tools around model interactions

deep understanding of transformer-based models, context windows, temperature, top-p sampling, and output control

ability to formulate hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret outcomes clearly

independent, detail-oriented, and curious about both language and interface behavior

nice to have

experience generating or working with synthetic data

familiarity with personalization systems, recommender algorithms, or cognitive linguistics

ability to visualize prompt chains and pipelines for collaboration with non-technical teams

experience working with image/audio generation models like dalle, stable diffusion, tts, or musicgen
