Job Responsibilities
Compliance System Establishment
- Research labor laws and regulations in target countries, formulate systems for labor contracts, salary and benefits, and performance appraisal to ensure compliance with local laws and parent company policies.
- Design management plans for expatriates and local employees, including visa applications, salary subsidies, and cultural adaptation training, to reduce cross-border employment risks.
Talent Recruitment and Retention
- Develop localized recruitment strategies, attract technical and management talents through social recruitment and professional headhunting channels, with a focus on filling shortage positions in the construction machinery sector.
- Establish an employee relations management mechanism to handle labor disputes and collective negotiations, and maintain a harmonious employment relationship.
Organizational and Cultural Development
- Promote the implementation of the parent company’s culture overseas, design cross-cultural training programs, and improve collaboration efficiency between Chinese and foreign teams.
Salary and Benefits Management
- Design competitive compensation systems, including basic salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives, to balance cost control and market benchmarking.
- Coordinate with local insurance institutions to establish welfare guarantees such as medical care and pensions, and handle tax declarations and social security payments.
Job Requirements
Professional Competence
- More than 5 years of overseas HR experience, familiar with labor laws in target countries; priority will be given to those with international human resources certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP).
- Proficient in salary calculation, tax compliance, and supplier management, with the ability to design compensation plans and analyze labor costs.
Language and Culture
- Fluent in English (no obstacles in business communication); proficiency in local languages is preferred.
- Experience in cross-cultural team management, understanding of Sino-Western management differences, and ability to effectively coordinate the needs of headquarters and overseas branches.
Industry Adaptability
- Familiar with the characteristics of talents in the construction machinery industry, and understand the human resource needs of business links such as equipment manufacturing and after-sales services.
- Priority will be given to those with experience in establishing HR systems for overseas mergers and acquisitions or newly established companies.
Comprehensive Qualities
- Possess risk prediction ability, able to identify potential employment compliance risks in a timely manner and propose solutions.
