We’re looking for a Recruiter to connect us with the best talent and power the growth of our studio.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process); 
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform; 
  • Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution; 
  • Assess candidates on skills, cultural fit, and growth potential;
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports; 
  • Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs; 
  • Source passive and active candidates via various sources.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Gaming industry experience is a must;
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles; 
  • Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones; 
  • Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards; 
  • High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently; 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; 
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company); 
  • Experience in making hires in EU and within EU markets.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ATS; 
  • Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc;
  • Strong command of English.
