👌 Our team is looking for an proactive Head of Sales |Sales Director who will take on the mission of attracting new customers.
Head of Sales must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, IT, Startup, e-commerce.

💻 Job responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the MENA and EMEA regions
- Develop sales strategy for the MENA and EMEA regions
- Keep abreast of evolving market conditions and competitions to develop appropriate strategies in meeting sales targets
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers
- Develop business through a combination of methods that may include all or in part: research, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments with potential clients
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with potential clients
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts
- Represent the Company at the local conferences and events

💪 Required Skills:
- Professional English;
- Experience in B2B sales (MID and ENTERPRISE level) in the field of IT, B2B SaaS, e-commerce,Startup minimum 5 years;
- A big plus is the presence of a relevant network in the E-commerce;
- It’s important to have the ability to build and structure processes;
- Developed communication skills, the ability to convey the value of the product to the client;
- Experience in closing deals at a high level (communication with the first persons of the company);
- Attentive to details, finding problem areas in existing business processes and offering solutions;
- Persistent and bring things to the end.
