About the Role:

Trinity Private School in Limassol, Cyprus, is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Campus Administrator to support smooth operation of IT systems across our Primary and Secondary campuses.
This hands-on role allows you to work closely with students, teachers, and staff, combining technical skills with communication and problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring classrooms, admin areas, and campus events run smoothly while contributing to IT projects and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-campus user support: log requests, perform basic troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues, escalate complex cases to central IT
- Keep classrooms and admin areas fully operational: Wi-Fi, projectors, interactive boards, and other devices
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding: set up accounts, configure devices, guide users, and provide basic training
- Support school events and activities: manage audio/video equipment, projectors, microphones, and lighting
- Manage workstations: install and configure Windows/macOS, handle iPads via MDM (JAMF), apply group policies, troubleshoot hardware issues
- Administer key campus applications (Google Admin, Microsoft Admin, ManageBac, JAMF, ScreenCloud, etc.)
- Help with basic network tasks: cabling, switch and Wi-Fi setup, resolving connectivity issues
- Take part in cross-campus IT projects: system upgrades, new software implementations, infrastructure improvements
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and ensure everything is in working order
- Communicate clearly and effectively with students, staff, and colleagues to ensure smooth IT operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support (user support experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of desktop and mobile systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android; ability to troubleshoot common issues
- Experience setting up PCs, laptops, printers, projectors, and other peripherals
- Understanding of wired and wireless networks and VPNs, with basic troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with cloud systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server (DC, DNS, RDS) and Active Directory
- Experience supporting office applications (LMS, SIS, ERP) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with students, staff, and colleagues
- Curiosity and ability to learn new systems quickly and solve problems independently
- Proficiency in Russian and English
