Middle/Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Remote
Contract type: Contract-based (self-employed or freelancer)
Compensation: €2000–2500 base + sales commission + annual bonus

We operate 20+ data centers worldwide - across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa, and India - delivering high-performance infrastructure for industries like iGaming, SaaS, fintech, and enterprise tech.

Our sales team works fully remotely and connects with clients around the world every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the full sales cycle - from market research and lead generation to deal closure and light account management.
  • Identify potential clients, research markets, and find the right decision-makers (C-levels, CTOs, CIOs, CEOs).
  • Craft and send high-converting outbound messages (email, LinkedIn and  automated outreach).
  • Lead calls, build long-term relationships, and manage complex, long sales cycles (1+++ months).
  • Work in the CRM daily, track progress, and deliver on annual sales KPI.
  • Attend several international conferences per year (Europe, Asia, CIS).

What We Expect

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales - ideally in infrastructure, hosting, telecom, or software.
  • Proven success in cold outreach (manual & automated).
  • Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and spoken English + Russian (C1 level).
  • Experience with CRM systems and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly etc.).
  • Independence, self-organization, and a proactive mindset.

(Experience in hosting or telecom is a huge plus.)

  • Base salary of €2000–2500 + sales commission + annual performance bonus.
