We’re looking for someone to join us in the role of Senior Data Analyst / Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. One key requirement is conversational English at a level where you can calmly explain complex matters to clients — without panicking.

What You’ll Do

• Master the art of data extraction: Sometimes from SQL databases, sometimes from dusty Excel files, sometimes from mild chaos (accept it as a given).
• Build reports, dashboards, and other visualizations: So that executives no longer tremble at the sight of graphs, but instead experience mild delight at their simplicity and clarity.
• Contribute to strategy: Use your analytical wizardry to show the business where it’s missing out on revenue (or fame) through your data insights.
• Automate routine tasks: Because your valuable time shouldn’t be spent doing endless, repetitive grunt work.
• Share your expertise: You’re the Senior Analyst, so teammates will come to you for SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI tips—and that’s perfectly normal.

What You Need

• Strong SQL proficiency (subselects, joins, the whole shebang). Without it, we get sad.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Open Source Solutions: Metabase or Superset).
• Basic knowledge of Python —enough to handle ETL or data cleaning with pandas, numpy, etc.
• Critical thinking: you don’t believe just anything; you double-check hypotheses and you despise “whatever, it’ll do.”
• Chaos management: if data lives in five different places, you know how to unify it, clean it, and present it consistently.
