Native Commerce:

delivers mission-critical software for modern e-commerce brands-spanning website/web app frontends, warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), logistics, and real-time BI-all unified in a modular, composable platform.

Our goal: help e-commerce businesses run smoother, reduce costs, and boost revenue. Based in London since 2021, we're a tight-knit team scaling globally via a $2.2M seed round.

👉 We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and growth-driven Partnerships Manager who wants to make a real impact - both on the company’s success and their own earnings.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing a partner ecosystem that drives new revenue channels and expands Native Commerce’s presence in the e-commerce space.

✅ The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in IT, B2B, and SaaS sales, with not only a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem but also an established network and direct contacts within the e-commerce industry across the MENA and EMEA regions.

💻 Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage implementation and integration partners (e-commerce solution providers, agencies, system integrators).
  • Negotiate and sign new partnership agreements.
  • Provide support and enablement to partners throughout the sales and integration process.
  • Collaborate with product, business development, and marketing teams to maximize partner success.
  • Develop and execute partner programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor performance and ensure partners achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent Native Commerce at relevant industry events and conferences.

📈 KPIs & Goals

  • 8-10 signed partner companies by the end of 2025.
  • Measurable growth in partner-driven sales and revenue.
  • Expansion of the e-commerce ecosystem through strategic integrations.

  • ❗️ Have 3-5+ years of experience in IT / SaaS / B2B sales, 👉 also an established network and direct contacts within the e-commerce industry.
  • Understand how e-commerce ecosystems and integrations work.
  • Possess a strong professional network in the e-commerce or digital space.
  • Excel at relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Are proactive, confident, and self-motivated with a startup mindset.
  • Have solid analytical and communication skills.
