I am a marketing specialist with 3 years of experience. At the moment, I am looking for a company with a friendly team and interesting tasks to continue my growth and development

 

In my experience, I have worked in different markets, from B2B IT to marketing in recruiting. I'll start from the beginning:

At the time of receiving my bachelor's degree in marketing and PR, I was already working as a marketer in the recruiting department. My responsibilities included a full cycle of advertising. I proposed a promotion plan, coordinated it, found contractors, implemented and analyzed the results. This included both outdoor advertising, POS, and online advertising (Meta, Google, Yandex, VK). One of my achievements, I would like to mention the case of summer recruitment, which involved a marketing mix of contextual targeted and POS advertising, thanks to which the number of leads exceeded expectations by 17%

After that, I started working with a B2B IT product, where I continued to engage in contextual and targeted advertising, but in addition, I began to maintain a Wordpress site, conduct leadmagnets, study the target audience, CJM, competitors and the market, and also plunged deeper into CRM and email marketing

Finally, my last, at the moment, work with the Institute of Gestalt Therapy. Where I built a brandbook from scratch and rebuilt the mission and goals of the company in accordance with the custdev of the business owner. He proposed a plan for the development of social networks, e-mail marketing, CRM and other channels. Successfully implementing it in their work with the help of employee management (designer, copywriter and smm). With my main case, I would mention the psychology festival held at the institute. Initially, this project was not designed for profit, but only for the company's fame. However, thanks to the use of various marketing tools, I managed to attract 2 times more participants than planned, thanks to which the number of people who learned about the institute increased by 20%, about 40% of participants paid for participation in programs and the profit from the event exceeded the expected by 30%
