We are seeking a Senior NLP Engineer to join the Research Center in our Core Business unit. In this position, you will be responsible for ownership of various tasks/projects concerning communication activity on our sites and other ML for core business tasks. There are recommendation systems, chat bots for support, and moderation services among current large projects. You will concentrate on one of these projects, but if you are full of ideas and skills, you will always be supported for pushing great ideas to life. Several Ml engineers, MlOps, and developers will be on your team to help with infrastructure or discuss approaches.
Tech stack: Python for models and Go (if needed) for services
MLOps stack: Kubernetes, Mlflow, Bento, S3, Kafka, Arize
Your main tasks will be:
- Owe a particular projects from the data to the prod;
- Build ML/AI models, write services (if needed for the project), wrap them into Docker;
- Cheer to the success of your project;
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product owner, Analysts, ML Engineers;
- Share ideas and help with knowledge with the team.
We expect from you:
- A solid 3+ years in developing ML models with 1+ year of specialization in recommendation systems or NLP$
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, deep learning libraries;
- Excellent coding skills;
- LLM: APIs, best models, prompting techniques, fine-tuning techniques;
- Familiarity with Data & ML production pipelines: Airflow, MlFlow, Bento, Kubernetes;
- History of developing ML solutions for production usage;
- Understanding which algorithm suits better a particular task.
Will be a plus:
- Classical software development principles;
- Experience with pure optimization algorithms or other non-common tasks.
