Marketing Operations Assistant

What you'll do:

• Assisting in establishing processes within the agency's organizational tools (Asana, Google Drive, follow-ups via TLDR, etc.)
• Preparation of materials for publication on the agency's website and social media (e.g., translating a case study into English, preparing the layout in Canva, and posting it with the necessary hashtags/keywords).
• Preparing materials for the agency's clients according to the manager's requirements: formatting and updating guidelines, preparing media plans and report files (based on a template) for UA managers, creating presentations, etc.
• Collecting statistics from ad accounts upon request
   

Requirements:

• You have a desire to develop in the digital marketing field
• You enjoy taking initiative and responsibility
• Your English proficiency is at least B2
• You have experience working with Canva or other graphic editors.
• It is a plus if you already have experience working with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads

Conditions:

• We hire you as a contractor with a Service Agreement
• Compensation in euros on a monthly basis (paid to your foreign account or via Solar Staff)
• Availability is required on working days from 10 AM to 7 PM Cyprus time
• Training and supervision from the Head of Client Relationships & Marketing Operations, with regular one-on-one meetings
• Opportunity for further growth to the position of Junior Client Relationships Manager
