System & Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Break down tasks from the product owner into actionable items for implementation
• Develop requirements for both frontend and backend parts of the product, including interface specifications, system rules, and API integrations
• Work closely with developers throughout the development process to ensure solutions meet requirements and solve user problems
• Conduct feature demonstrations for stakeholders and incorporate feedback to improve the product
• Provide support during testing and implementation phases to ensure systems function as expected

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Experience in FinTech or Insurance sectors is a plus
• Strong experience in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and system architecture
• Proficiency in designing and documenting APIs, with a solid understanding of web development practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complex requirements
• Proficiency in business analysis tools like UML, BPMN, and use case modeling
• Experience in maintaining technical documentation for both frontend and backend systems
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in English, including technical and business communication
• Experience with database management, data modeling, and SQL is a plus
