We are Reelly, an international PropTech startup revolutionizing the real estate market, and we’re looking for a visionary Recruitment & HR Lead.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO, shape HR processes from the ground up, and play a critical role in building a strong HR community in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align HR strategies with the company's vision and objectives.
- Design and implement an optimized organizational structure that supports business goals.
- Develop and launch a transparent bonus and incentive system to drive performance and engagement.
- Build partnerships and foster networks within Dubai's HR and business communities.
- Implement performance evaluation frameworks aligned with company KPIs to ensure accountability and growth.
- Organize team-building activities and internal initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cohesion.
- Ensure full compliance with DIFC labor regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in IT or fast-growing tech companies.
- Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with the HR and business landscape in Dubai; knowledge of DIFC regulations is a plus.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational tasks effectively.
- English Level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
