We invite a new team member in our Abu Dhabi office for an Executive Assistant role, who will serve as a reliable assistant to the Founder of Farcana. Your responsibilities will also include managing our new office in Abu Dhabi (you will be working in a very beautiful location - Yas Island) and handling high-level projects that are strategically important for business development. You will work closely with our executive team, providing quality administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, facilitating meetings and managing high-level projects that are strategically important for business growth.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Abu Dhabi office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
- Project Coordination (30 % of the time):
-Assist and update tasks in ClickUp, ensuring accurate status tracking.
-Monitor project progress and communicate updates to managers.
-Prepare follow-up documentation based on the outcomes of calls and meetings.
-Assist in organizing and scheduling project-related activities.
-Collaborate with the project management team to implement Scrum methodologies.
-Support the Scrum Master in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
-Maintain clear documentation of project processes and decisions.
Requirements:
- Being or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi at short notice (we provide support for relocation)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the game development industry as a personal assistant and 1 year experience as a Project Manager/Project Management Assistant.
- Experience and ability to work with C-level managers.
- Experience in startup culture and ability to solve unconventional cases.
- Proficient in Jira, ClickUp, and other task management tools.
- Understanding of Scrum principles and experience in a Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in remote distributed teams.
- Previous experience in administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- A Scrum Master certification is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
