SEO Specialist

Hi! We're Icons8, an international team that creates and shares icons, illustrations, photos, music, and design software. We help designers and developers express their ideas by providing the right design elements at the right time.

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to join our crew. We expect you to be excited about search algorithms and know how to keep websites at the top of Google's list. We're already ranking well (top 3000), have 2M visitors per month, and want to grow the existing business and skyrocket our new products.

This position is a full-time job, and it’s fully remote with flexible working days and hours. 

Your responsibilities would be:

• Making sure millions of designers and developers can find us when they need us
• Figuring out what makes Google tick (and staying ahead of those algorithm updates)
• Playing with data and finding opportunities others might miss
• Working with our machine learning engineers on the SEO tools

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of working experience in SEO with projects focused on Google
• Google Analytics and Adwords skills
• Proficiency in some of the SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, Key Collector, SEMrush, ZennoPoster, Majestic, Topvisor, etc
• Knowledge of work process automation opportunities
• Fluent written English
• Eagle eye and attention to the details
• You should like both people and technology. You should know how to make them happy together.
