We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals;

Determine target sources and execute effective marketing campaigns across various media channels;

Oversee forecasting processes, budget company campaigns, ensure ongoing profitability control, and provide regular reporting to achieve KPIs and goals;

Create terms and models for the partnership program, collaborating with existing partners;

Analyze the audience, optimize and enhance advertising campaign metrics;

Scale product and volumes to new GEOs as needed according to plans.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or a similar role in IT/Digital Marketing;

Proven cases of successfully scaling other projects or launching from scratch;

Demonstrative experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.);

Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods;

Ability to apply different marketing techniques;

System and structural thinking;

Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;

English — C1/C2;
