We are looking for a Brand Lead to join our team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, PR, or marketing, with proven success in building and scaling a brand.
- Strategic thinker with a creative, "out-of-the-box" approach to problem-solving and brand positioning.
- Deep understanding of media relations, reputation management, and public perception.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Excellent English language skills (C1 or higher); proficiency in Russian is a plus.
- Experience in crafting impactful narratives and leading PR efforts in a competitive industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build trust.
- A passion for innovation and pushing boundaries in brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, focusing on building brand awareness, reputation, and equity growth.
- Lead efforts to establish the brand as a recognizable and respected name in its market segment.
- Manage all media-related activities, including securing and coordinating interviews, press releases, and media coverage.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate impactful publications and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for storytelling and thought leadership to elevate the brand’s profile.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing) to ensure all initiatives support overall brand strategy.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify innovative, "out-of-the-box" ways to position the brand as a leader in the field.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
