We are looking for you if you:
- Don't get lost in tasks: you understand them yourself and explain them to the team.
- Attentive: you check all the details before sending them to the client and keep an eye on deadlines, quality and budget.
- You have proven English at least at level B2.
- Involved in the work not just ‘working the clock’, and able to communicate concisely and to the point with clients and partners.
- You have at least a year's experience in creative agencies or production and can work with online tools such as Word, Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
- You keep your finger on the pulse of projects, becoming a trusted member of the team.
What will you do in this position?
- Working with materials from clients: receiving new materials, systematising storage in google drive, transferring them to contractors.
- Content for filling 3D: collecting information from the client, working together with the account manager, additions in the admin, tracking the relevance of data, balances. Coordination of 3D interiors with clients.
- Communications and meetings: fixing agreements, scheduling follow-up appointments. Working in chats with clients, invoicing.
- Requesting project materials from clients for the 3D catalogue: downloading, studying, saving to disc, maintaining the description in the noushen.
- Assist in the management of contractors: control of correctness of data in the Web brick, preparation of agenda, fixing agreements to the client, clarifying questions to the parties, etc.
