Head of Growth (Marketing)

Looking for an expert for the role of Head of growth with experience in Crypto and FinTech.

We look for the expert with a strong knowledge and experience in FinTech marketing:

- Experience working with Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, Retail Digital Banking, Forex & CFD, Pornhub, Gaming, Gambling, Online Tradings; 

- Experience in managing a fast-growing company;

- Experience as a Supervisor, but at the same time must be willing to work "hands on";

- Excellent organizational and time management skills;

- Good communication and interpersonal skills;

- Excellent presentation skills;

- Analytical thinking skills;

- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis.

Practical experience with CRM and tools such as:

- Mixpanel - Google Analytics - Intercom - Adjust - Appsflyer - Jira, etc.

Other:

- Fluency in languages: English plus other German, French, Russian.
