About The Job

We’re looking for Project manager to participate in the development of BaaS team

A prerequisite is relocation to India (Gurgaon city)

Responsibilities:

• Build an end-to-end process for the production and delivery of features
• Decompose goals for members of the development team, monitor their implementation
• Organize task estimation, assist in estimation
• Organize and carry on project planning, reviews, retrospectives
• Supervise QA, organize acceptance testing
• Monitor progress and deadlines
• Develop, track and analyze project metrics
• Build and maintain transparent reporting
• Automate work with tasks, notifications, metrics, minimize manual work
• Manage communication across different sources: tasks, channels/messages, appointments
• Notify colleagues about changes in plans
• Take care of the team’s morale, resolve conflict situations
• Maintain up to date project knowledge base, share information with other departments

Requirements:

Necessarily

• Experience as a Project/Delivery manager in a tech company
• Excellent knowledge of SLDC, development project metrics. Understanding git flow
• Excellent knowledge of Atlassian: Jira, Jira addons (Structure, BigPicture, Tempo or similar), Automation Rules, Confluence, Slack integrations, Gitlab
• Knowledge of development methodologies, understanding the differences, pros and cons
• English level B2+

Will be considered as advantages

• Experience as an analyst, developer or tester
• Experience in fintech: banks, brokers, payments, investments
• PMI-ACP, CSM

Soft skills

• Empathy, ability to listen and understand the problem
• Being an adept of numbers and facts
• Ability to keep several tasks in mind at the same time, easily switch between them and not suffer from the need to do it
