We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B talent management solutions and a good handle on web 3, crypto, and blockchain talent marketing. You'll be setting up and controlling the Product Marketing function, creating effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies and driving collaboration. It's essential you shine in B2B tech campaigns, have a great grip on the product marketing mix, plus professional community building skills for demand generation. You'll be bringing in that revenue growth, making connections with clients, working alongside sales teams - all while creating assets based on industry trends and customer needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Research the market: become an expert on our customers, personas, and buying motivations to shape our product offerings.
  • Build community: establish and nurture a solid community of Headhunters, HR professionals, Talent Management experts, and culture pros.
  • Know the products and how they are used: get to know our products inside and out so you can develop tailored use cases for different personas and industries.
  • Customer journey analysis: dig into customer journeys to measure success/failure of campaigns then create effective ones.
  • Understand our competitors' current offerings & plans.
  • Position our products: combine strategic insights with market evidence for resonating messaging with buyers. Improve sales channels & materials.
  • Develop the marketing plan: collaborate with the marketing team to devise comprehensive plans for supported products
  • Launch products and release updates: plan & execute launches/releases of new products/features/partnerships + coordinate cross-functional implementation.
  • Growth hack: devise ways to drive candidate flow & build a robust database/talent pool.
  • Support the sales team: arming them with info about what we offer, how our products work, and what the clients may need. 

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on HR or Talent Management Services/SaaS.
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency. 
  • Experience working with Web3, crypto, and blockchain technologies is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in building professional communities and networks that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote-first environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
