Data Analyst (Marketing and Product)

We are seeking for a brilliant and ambitious Data Analyst to join our Analytics team and take an essential part in growing acquisition and conversion for our company and clients. As a Data Analyst, your main mission will be to discover potential growth opportunities, manage efforts, and create solutions to make the most of these opportunities. This role needs someone with an inquisitive mind and deep knowledge in data analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Make marketing magic with analytics, diving deep into the data to uncover actionable insights and juicing up our marketing strategies. 
• Asses performance: crunch numbers to evaluate the performance of various marketing efforts and initiatives.
• Evaluate leads: analyze lead data to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
• Handle data: collecting data from multiple sources, creating pipelines, and keeping that data accurate and reliable.
• Report: present insights and findings through well-structured dashboards and reports.
• Explote tools: keep an open mind when it comes to exploring new tools and approaches for tackling challenges. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with product teams by responding quickly to website traffic requests.  
• Adapt: if needed, flex your muscles by supporting the sales team too.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, GA4, and any BI-tool (it is required).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (it is preferred).
• Experience in analyzing marketing/business data and knowledge of data analytics best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Google Cloud (Big Query, VM) is preferred. (Working with Google Cloud is a plus, especially for expanding the tech stack)
• Some knowledge of machine learning would be beneficial, particularly for analyzing website behavior and working with texts.
• Familiarity with marketing data enrichment tools is a plus.
• Broad understanding of Web3.
• Remote working experience.

• You will be working closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Affiliate teams – we already have a steady stream of data planned out for the coming months. But go ahead and throw in your own ideas too if you've got them!
