We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team and to help us expand our tech team on different markets. In just a few years, we’ve reached a position that allows us to compete successfully with the strongest teams all over the world – and we’re not going to stop.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the whole hiring process from finding candidates and evaluating them, to making job offers and negotiating the terms
- Setting up a strategy to find hard-to-fill roles in a highly competitive market. You'll be hiring for jobs like: Highload C++ Engineers, FPGA Engineers, and Quantitative Developers/Researchers (just to give a few examples)
- Conducting deep and detailed interviews with candidates
- Working together with hiring managers to set up an interview process for new jobs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within the tech industry
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates for senior and executive roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Familiarity with various interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation methods
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, with knowledge of the skills and competencies required for key roles
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
