Senior/Lead VFX artist

Due to the expansion and development of the company's projects, we are seeking a Senior/Lead VFX artist.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the VFX pipeline: outlining the development stages with time estimations considering interactions with other departments
• Creating a roadmap aligned with our product objectives, overseeing its implementation in terms of product quality and timelines
• Collaborating with the Art Lead to develop the high-level stylistic VFX concepts, designing and documenting stylistic solutions and ensuring adherence to them by department members
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring the quality of their work
• Independently creating VFX artifacts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Experience with UE5
• Experience in creating stylized effects
• Experience in developing pipelines and processes with game design, code, as well as within the VFX department or with other artists
• Experience in working on and proficiency in shooters
• Experience in developing stylistic solutions for VFX, considering project requirements
