Requirements:
Software and Hardware troubleshooting experience.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, Jira Atlassian Administrator level.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (IT Support team international).
Previous experience with 1C support.
Responsibilities:
Timely decision of the application at the service desk.
Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Providing IT assistance to staff.
Issuing access in MS Active Directory services.
Jira process optimization.
Help the accounting department to form the terms of reference for the 1C contractor.
Work with the supplier of the equipment, reception, and accounting of the equipment.
Under the supervision of and in liaison with the supervisor, participates in the process of improvement of protocols and procedures related to core duties and device management, inventory, staff service improvements.
