Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community management strategy to drive player engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Create content plans and produce engaging content for the community by using airtable, mindjorney and canva.
• Manage and moderate community and social media channels (Telegram, Instagram Youtube, Facebook, Twitter) to ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for player interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to gather player feedback, address community needs, and effectively communicate updates and changes.
• Organize and execute community events, giveaways, contests, and initiatives to encourage participation, excitement, and community growth.
• Engage and build relationships with influential community members, content creators, and ambassadors to drive engagement and raise game awareness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms to implement best community management practices and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, experience in iGaming or crypto industry is a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of crypto trends, blockchain technology, and online casino gaming.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative flair with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes.
