We are looking for a skilled Support Specialist L1/L2 to join our team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. You will be able to take part in the creation of a large fintech project.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to any user inquiries regarding problems and issues with applications
- Responding to inquiries from b2b partners and their customers
- Solve b2b partners problems: transaction search and management, identifying bugs, etc.
- Responsible for the tone in communication with the client and requires compliance with service quality and standards
- Analyze existing technical problems and set tasks for engineers to solve them
Key competencies:
- Ability to understand complex cases, ask questions and research information
- Technical literacy
- Understanding of the fintech and payments market
- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above - written communication in chats and emails in English will be required
- Experience with Jira at the administrator level
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
- Understanding of the principles and fundamentals of development
- Experience writing simple SQL queries
- Process management skills, ability to work in a team, proactivity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with fintech products
- Experience in a startup
