We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our one of product. 

The Financial Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the company to achieve and surpass business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational policies and strategies in line with company goals.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness, integrating innovative solutions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to align with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Contractor Engagement: Identify, evaluate, and engage with contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Fundraising Assistance: assisting with investor relations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage payments and oversee the financial transactions of the organization.
  • Legal and Accounting Liaison: Interact with legal and accounting consultants to ensure compliance and optimal financial practices.
  • Restructuring Involvement: Participate in organizational restructuring to improve efficiency and adapt to market changes.
  • Budgetary Reporting: Regularly produce and review a plan-fact budget, analyzing variances and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operational management, preferably in a technology-driven environment 3 years+ on the same position.
  • Strong understanding of business functions, finance, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
